Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)], ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000, IP: 1:500-1:1000, ChIP. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Histone H2A.Z antibody immunoprecipitates Histone H2A.Z protein-DNA in ChIP experiments. ChIP Sample: HeLa whole cell lysate/extract A. 5 µg preimmune rabbit IgG B. 5 µg of Histone H2A.Z antibody (107-10748) The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to GAPDH gene locus.
