Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:5000-1:20000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using HMGA2(107-10227) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H1299 xenograft, using HMGA2(107-10227) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
