CD18 is a type I transmembrane protein that is expressed on all leukocytes. CD18 forms complexes with accociated alpha chains and is important in adhesion and and signaling in hematopoietic cells.

Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
