Human PBMCs were stained with either Purified Mouse Anti-Human CD183 primary antibody (#136-00078, blue histogram), or mouse IgG isotype control (gray histogram), followed by AF 647 anti-mouse IgG/IgM secondary antibody. CD183 was gated on CD3, CD4 double positive population.
Description
CD183 is a seven-pass transmembrane chemokine receptor that binds CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11. CD183 is expressed in large quantities by T cells, as well as NK cells, dendritic cells, mast cells, alveolar macrophages, eosinophils, and human airway epithelial cells. CD183 is important in the imflammatory response for many autoimmune diseases such as Crohn's disease, rhumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
Storage / Stability
Keep the lyophilized antibodies at -20 °C. Once reconstituted with PBS, store at 2 °C - 8 °C for less than 3 weeks or freeze at -20°C for long term storage. Please limit freeze and thaw cycles.
