CD194 is a CC chemokine receptor which is expressed on a subset of T and B cells, basophils, monocytes, and NK cells. CD194 binds to CCL17 and CCL22 and help to characterize Th2 cells during development. CD194 is important for the recruitment of memory T cells into the skin for certain cutaneous autoimmune diseases.

Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
