Description
CD21 is a 145 kD transmembrane protein in the RCA familly which is expressed on T cells, B cells, and follicular dendritic cells. Epstein-Barr virus uses the CD21 receptor to infect B cells. CD21 also has some other interactions with other proteins like CD23 and CD19.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
