Description
CD32 is a polymorphic transmembrane glycoprotein in the immunoglobulin superfamily and is expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, platelets and B cells. CD32 has an affinity to aggregated IgG and immune complexes and has a role in regulating inflammation and immunity.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
