Description
CD45 is a type I, single chain membrane glycoprotein which is expressed in the plasma membrane of almost all hematopoietic cells. CD45 regulates cells growth, differentiation, and cell cycle. It also has an important role in T and B cell antigen receptor-mediated activation.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
