Description
CD5 is a member of the scavenger receptor superfamily expressed on thymocytes, T cells and the B1a subpopulation of B cells. CD5 can modulate signaling between antigen receptors on T and B cells as well as T-B cell interactions when binding to ligands.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
