Description
CD58 is a cell surface protein in the immunoglobulin superfamily which is expressed in both hematopoietic and non-hematopoietic cells. High levels of CD58 are found on memory T cells and dendritic cells. Its only known ligand is CD2, and when bound, CD58 can enhance T cell recognition on the surface of T cells.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
