Description
CD6 is a single chain transmembrane glycoprotein which is expressed on T and B cell subsets, thymocytes, and acute lymphocytic leukemia cells. The function of CD6 has not been fully understood, but it is thought to have an impact on the activation and development of T cells.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
