Description
IL-15 is produced by dendritic cells, epithelial cells, human stromal cell line, fibroblasts, and monocytes and is structurally similar to IL-2. As such, it has many similar roles to IL-2, like stimulating the proliferation of activated T cells, NK cells and B cells. It also induces immunoglobulin synthesis by B cells stimulated by CD40 ligand.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
Storage / Stability
Stored at 2 °C - 8 °C, protected from prolonged light exposure. DO NOT FREEZE.
