Description
CD1.1, also known as CD1d, is a transmembrane glycoprotein with molecular weight of 48kDa. It is structurally related to MHC class I molecules. CD1.1 present glycolipids to NKT cells. Research also suggest CD1.1 has a role in mucosal immunity. CD1.1 is expressed by antigen presenting cells and intestinal epithelial cells.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
Storage / Stability
Keep the lyophilized antibodies at -20 °C. Once reconstituted with PBS, store at 2 °C - 8 °C for less than 3 weeks or freeze at -20°C for long term storage. Please limit freeze and thaw cycles.
