Description
CD106 is a GPI-linked transmembrane protein that mediates cell adhesion. CD106 is a counter-receptor for VLA-4 and LPAM-1. CD106 is expressed on bone marrow stromal cells, myeloid cells, splenic dentritic cells, and some lymphocytes. It is also reported that inflammatory cytokines upregulates CD106 expression on endothelial cells.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per 106 cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
