Description
CD107a is one of the major glycoproteins in lysosome membranes. It is mostly expressed in epithelial cells and macrophages in different organs. After activation CD117a is relocated to the surface of lymphocytes, macrophages, epithelial cells, endothelial cells, platelets, and tumor cells. CD117a can be a useful marker for cytotoxic NK and CD8+ T cells, as well as, some malignant tumor cells.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
Storage / Stability
Keep the lyophilized antibodies at -20 °C. Once reconstituted with PBS, store at 2 °C - 8 °C for less than 3 weeks or freeze at -20°C for long term storage. Please limit freeze and thaw cycles.
