Description
CD117 is a 145 kD transmembrane tyrosine-kinase receptor that binds the c-Kit ligand. CD117 is expressed in hematopoietic stem cells, mast cells, and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. The interaction of CD117 with its ligand is important for the growth of hematopoietic stem cells.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per 106 cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.

Store at 2 °C ~ 8 °C, protected from prolonged light exposure. DO NOT FREEZE.
