CD154, also known as CD40 Ligand, is an accessory molecule expressed on activated CD4+ lymphocytes. CD154 mediates T and B lymphocytes costiumlation. It also regulates the interations between lymphocytes and antigen-presenting cells.

Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.

Store at 2 °C ~ 8 °C, protected from prolonged light exposure. DO NOT FREEZE.
