Description
CD29 is a 130kD protein of the integrin family expressed on the surface on a broad variety of cells. CD29 associates with integrin-α chains and form a heterodimer. With CD49 through CD49f, CD20 forms the VLA-1 through VLA-6 complexes. CD29 is critically involved in the cell-matrix interaction.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per 106 cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
