Description
CD45R, also named B220, is one of the multiple isoforms of CD45, a protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type C (PTPRC) that is an essential regulator of T- and B-cell antigen receptor signaling. CD45R/B220 is expressed on B cells (at all developmental stages from pro-B cells through mature B cells), activated B cells, activated T cells, a subset of dendritic cells, other antigen-presenting cells and NK cells. In B cells, B220 plays a critical role in TCR and BCR signaling.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
Storage / Stability
Keep the lyophilized antibodies at -20 °C. Once reconstituted with PBS, store at 2 °C - 8 °C for less than 3 weeks or freeze at -20°C for long term storage. Please limit freeze and thaw cycles.
