Description
CD45RB is a 220kD isoform of CD45 with exon 5 splicing expressed with high density on peripheral B cells, thymocytes, T helper cells, T cyto. CD45RB is also expressed at a low level on macrophages and dentritic cells. The isoforms of CD45 play essential roles in signal transduction of T and B cell antigen receptors.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
