Description
CD5 can be found in all mature T lymphocytes, thymocytes, and a subset of B lymphocytes. CD5 is a 67kDa transmembrane glycoprotein of the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich protein superfamily (SRCR). CD5 is an important ligand of CD72, and their interaction is involved in T and B cell activation.
Recommended Usage
Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
