CD54, also known as ICAM1, is a 9-kD a immunoglobulin superfamily member. CD54 is expressed on lymphocytes, high endothelial venules (HEV), dendritic cells, and lymphocytes. CD54 is a ligand for LFA1 (CD11a/CD18) and Mac-1 (CD11b/CD18) and plays an important role in intracellular adhesion of T cells and B cells.

Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
