Description
I-Ab and IAd are mouse MHC class II allogantigens expressed in mice of H-2b and H2-d halptypes. Mouse MHC class II molecules are expressed on antigen presenting cells, including dendritic cells, macrophages, monocytes and B cells. This antibody recognizes I-Ab, I-Ad, I-Aq, I-Ed, and I-Ek from mouse H2b, d, q and k haplotypes. MHC class II interacts with T cell receptor complex and present antigenic peptide to activate CD4 T cells.
