Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chain portion of mouse IgM. No antibody was detected against IgG or non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but antibodies may cross-react with IgM from other species.

Store at 2-8 °C until opened. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. Store remainder at 2 -8 °C under sterile conditions.
