Mouse MHC class II molecules are expressed on antigen presenting cells, including dendritic cells, macrophages, monocytes and B cells. This antibody recognizes I-Ab, I-Ad, I-Aq, I-Ed, and I-Ek from mouse H2b, d, q and k haplotypes. MHC class II interacts with T cell receptor complex and present antigenic peptide to activate CD4 T cells.

Each lot of antibody has been tested by flow cytometry staining. We suggest use ≤ 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µl volume of staining buffer. Researchers are recommended to further titrate this antibody at the optimal concentration for each specific application.
