CD90.1, also known as Thy1.1, is a GPI-anchored membrane glycoprotein of the immunoglobulin superfamily. CD90.1 is an alloantigen (in comparison to CD90.2 found on other mouse strains) of CD90, which is found on thymocytes, peripheral T lymphocytes, and neurons.
