Description

Introduction

MYL3 encodes myosin light chain 3, an alkali light chain also referred to in the literature as both the ventricular isoform and the slow skeletal muscle isoform. Mutations in MYL3 have been identified as a cause of mid-left ventricular chamber type hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

Western blot analysis of lysates from human skeletal muscle and heart tissue lysates (from left to right), using MYL3 Antibody (N-term)(Cat# 102-12507). 102-12507 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
MYL3 Antibody (N-term) (Cat# 102-12507)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human skeletal muscle followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of MYL3 Antibody (N-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
