Introduction

Recognizes and binds the palindromic sequence 5'- TTGGCNNNNNGCCAA-3' present in viral and cellular promoters and in the origin of replication of adenovirus type 2. These proteins are individually capable of activating transcription and replication.

Western blot analysis of lysates from Hela cell line, rat liver tissue lysate(from left to right), using NFIA Antibody (C-term)(Cat. #102-24180). 102-24180 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 20ug per lane.
