Immunogen
The immunogen was a recombinant protein. This antibody was produced from a rabbit immunized with the immunogen. The IgG fraction was purified from rabbit serum followed by Protein A/G affinity chromatography.
Recommended ApplicationsELISA (recommended work dilution= 1: 32, 000), Western Blotting (recommended work dilution= 1: 1, 000-5, 000), (see image) Immunodetection Analysis: Representative blot from a previous lot. Lane 1, recombinant protein PDGFbeta. The membrane blot was probed with anti- PDGFbeta primary antibody (0.2 µg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a Donkey anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to IRDye 800CW detection system. Arrows indicate recombinant protein PDGFbeta from E.coli cell (12kDa).

Description

Description

Platelet-derived growth factor beta (PDGFbeta) is a member of Platelet-derived growth factor family which plays an important role in regulating cell proliferation, cellular differentiation, cell growth, development and many diseases including cancer.

Specificity

This antibody binds to its immunogen, and did not show any cross reactivity with unrelated antigens in ELISA. Cross reactivity with mouse and rat PDGFbeta has not been tested yet.

Storage

Store at 4°C if intended for use within one month, otherwise, store at -20°C to -80°C. The lyophilized antibody is stable for at least 18 months after the date of receipt when stored at -20°C to -83°C. After reconstitution, it can be aliquoted and stored
