Introduction

SARS2 catalyzes the attachment of serine to tRNA(Ser). It is also able to aminoacylate tRNA(Sec) with serine, to form the misacylated tRNA L-seryl-tRNA(Sec), which will be further converted into selenocysteinyl-tRNA(Sec).

Western blot analysis of lysates from U-87 MG, Hela, 293 cell line and mouse skeletal muscle tissue lysate(from left to right), using SARS2 Antibody (N-term)(Cat. #102-27406). 102-27406 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
