Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)], ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

SCAP2 antibody [C2C3], C-term detects SKAP2 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: SKAP2 protein stained by SCAP2 antibody [C2C3], C-term (107-10613) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded lung ca, using SCAP2(107-10613) antibody at 1:100 dilution.
