Application Notes

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Immunoprecipitation of SOX13 protein from NT2D1 whole cell extracts using 5 µg of SOX13 antibody [N1C3] (107-10439).
Western blot analysis was performed using SOX13 antibody [N1C3] (107-10439).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.

Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using SOX13(107-10439) antibody at 1:200 dilution.
