Apelin ELISA Kit
Apelin ELISA Kit
This kit shows great performance across human and mouse muscle and blood samples. Protein-normalized apelin concentrations are lower in plasma and serum compared to skeletal muscle.

I used this product for human cell lysates and media without sample dilution. The kit worked well and the procedures were easy to perform. One suggestion is about increasing the kit sensitivity if possible.
