I used this kit to measure CXCL1 in biological samples. The protocol was clear and easy to follow, and the reagents were well organized. Sample preparation and the standard dilution steps were straightforward, and the assay workflow was manageable even when running samples in duplicate. The kit provided consistent results with good sensitivity. Overall, it was convenient to use and worked well for our experiment.
