Description
Carboxyl Mono Mag (2.8 µm) are hydrophilic magnetic beads with carboxylic acid groups. These surface groups allow covalent amide bond formation to proteins/peptides via primary amine (NH2) groups. Oligonucleotides, antibodies or other ligands with amine groups can be easily coupled to the beads. Attributed to their uniform size, narrow size distribution, short magnetic separation time, and unique surface coating, Carboxyl Mono Mag (2.8 µm) exhibit rapid binding chemistry and low non-specific binding of protein or nucleic acids.
Product Features
- Narrow size distribution, CV≤5%
