RayBio® CHO Residual DNA Quantification Kit is a ready to use real-time PCR assay for the rapid and reliable detection of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) genomic DNA in biomanufacturing products. This assay is highly sensitive (≤ 5 pg/mL), resistant to DNA fragmentation, and specific to CHO, with no cross-reactivity to unrelated DNA products. An internal positive control, RNase P, is also detected in each reaction to monitor impact of potential PCR inhibitors.
