This ELISA kit is easy to use with clear instructions and consistent results within the same lot. We've had good experiences with its reliability and reproducibility for individual runs. However, we've noticed that quantification can vary significantly between different lots, even with the same samples. It's a solid choice if you're using the same lot for all your samples, but be cautious when comparing data across lots—include internal controls or reference samples if possible.

I use this kit to evaluate spike protein in our vaccine candidate. it's produced reliable results for the last year. all reagents are easy to use and it's quick to set up.

Kit functions as advertised. My one complaint is the cardboard holder that the reagents are shipped in. When I got my kit, all of the reagents had fallen out of their holders and were scattered throughout the box.

The kit arrived very quickly and was very easy to use following the manual. I used plasma samples from various groups of patients and the results came out very nicely!

After success with RayBiotech's N-Protein specific ELISA kit, the RBD specific kits proved to be just as easy to use. Human SARS-CoV-2 convalescent sera samples reacted well at several dilutions. These kits are also competitively priced compared to others. Standard curves are consistent and all reagents are clearly labeled and organized. Would use this kit again!
