COVID-19 Protein Arrays
RayBiotech's SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) protein microarrays display peptides and proteins representing antigens from SARS-CoV-2 as well as other coronaviruses. These arrays can be used to detect the binding of different antibody isotypes to specific viral antigens in serum, plasma, and other liquid sample types. The detection of other molecules, such as proteins and small molecules, that bind to the antigens can also be performed.

How Peptide Arrays Work
A) Schematic showing that a sample primary antibody binds to its specific epitope on the peptide array. The primary antibody is detected via a biotin-streptavidin-fluorophore complex. B) A representative fluorescent image of a peptide array obtained with a compatible laser scanner. Each peptide is printed in triplicate.
