The RayBright^® Universal Flow Cytometry Compensation Beads can efficiently capture all rat, mouse, Syrian and/or Armenian hamster antibodies labeled with any current fluorophores. These compensation beads consist of two populations: negative beads and positive beads. Only the positive beads specifically bind to the fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies, ensuring precise and accurate compensation. They're easy and convenient to use, and a perfect tool for multi-color flow cytometry compensation.

0.5 μg of RayBright^® fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies were incubated with 50 μL of RayBright^® Flow Cytometry Compensation Beads for 15 minutes at room temperature.

The beads can be stored at 4°C protected from light for up to 12 months from the date of shipment.
