Prior to lyophilization: Phosphate Buffer Saline, pH 7.4 with Mannitol or Trehalose. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 500 uL sterile deionized water for a 200 ug/mL concentration. Allow 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature with occasional gently mixing to go into solution. Do not shake or vortex.

Lyophilized product should be stored at < -20°C for long term storage. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C or -70°C. Avoid multiple/freeze thaw cycles.
