Human CD81 ELISA Kit
I used this kit to measure the content of CD81 in lysate of extracellular vesicles according to the manual of this kit. The kit works well, and I would recommend a total loading amount of >5μg protein of EV lysate. For measurement of EV, the standard can start from 2000pg/ml.
