Human LBP ELISA Kit
Human LBP ELISA Kit
This was my first time using this particular assay kit and it is easy to follow. I was pleased with the assay CVs. Intra-CV was 4.7% and inter-CV was 12%, and these data are from running two kits. The dilution of serum samples suggested in the protocol were very appropriate for my samples, which came from healthy women between the ages of 18 and 69. The only issue I had was with the high standard (200 ng/ml), which was lower than expected when fitting the standard curve, so I had to eliminate that value from the standard curve both times. Overall, I would purchase this kit again for measuring LBP.
