Immunoreactive in ELISA with human anti-TPO autoantibodies. SDS-PAGE of recombinant human TPO expressed in insect cells, reducing conditions. Recombinant TPO Lane 1: Molecular Weight Standards (250, 130, 100, 70, 55, 35, 25, 15 and 10 kDa) Lane 2: Human Recombinant TPO, 1 ug Gel staining: Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250 The electrophoretic heterogeneity of TPO is apparently caused by differential glycosylation of the protein.
