LAT Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 227 amino acids (28-233) and having a molecular mass of 24.4 kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher).LAT is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
