Reacts with human CX3CR1, extracellular loop. Also known as V28 (EL). Recognized peptide sequence is identical to rat CX3CR1 and highly homologous to mouse CX3RC1. CX3CR1 mediates leukocyte migration and adhesion and is expressed in a variety of human tissues and cell lines.
