Introduction
Cytoplasmic dynein 1 acts as a motor for the intracellular retrograde motility of vesicles and organelles along microtubules. Dynein has ATPase activity; the force-producing power stroke is thought to occur on release of ADP.

Western blot analysis of lysates from Hela, PC-3 cell line and rat brain tissue lysate(from left to right), using DYNC1H1 Antibody (C-term)(Cat. #102-23993). 102-23993 was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
