Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed HeLa, using CIAPIN1(107-11104) antibody at 1:200 dilution.

CIAPIN1 antibody detects CIAPIN1 protein at cytosol on by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded SkHep1 xenograft.
