Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed HeLa, using DNA polymerase gamma(107-10221) antibody at 1:200 dilution.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Skeletal Muscle , using DNA polymerase gamma(107-10221) antibody(10 µg/ml).
