Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)], ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000, IP: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
FASN antibody immunoprecipitates FASN protein in IP experiments. IP Sample: HeLa whole cell lysate/extract A : 30 µg whole cell lysate/extract of FASN protein expressing HeLa cells B : Control with 2.5 µg of pre-immune rabbit IgG C : Immunoprecipitation of FASN by 2.5 µg of FASN antibody (107-10872) 5% SDS-PAGE The immunoprecipitated FASN protein was detected by FASN antibody (107-10872) diluted at 1 : 1000. EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG (HRP) was used as a secondary reagent.
