Application Notes
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:5000-1:20000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000, IP: 1:500-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of paraformaldehyde-fixed A431, using HSP70 1A(107-10949) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled at 1:2000.
HSP70 1A antibody detects HSPA1A protein at cytosol on H1299 xenograft by immunohistochemical analysis.
